Microsoft Lands Army Deal For Office 365 - Government - Cloud/SaaS -: " . . . Kolcun said there are currently more than a million federal, state and local government employees using Office 365, including the FAA, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the National Institute of Standards and Technology. New York recently joined the states of California and Texas in signing up for Office 365, with more than 120,000 employees across New York's executive agencies scheduled to make the move by the end of the year. The move to a standardized platform is expected to save approximately $3 million in annual license, hardware, maintenance, energy and personnel costs. . . ."
